E150 window regulator removal
My SIL has ordered a new driver's door window regulator for his 2000 E150 after I found the cables FUBAR. I got the motor and cable spool out, but can't figure out how to get the rest of the regulator out. I removed the two nuts and two pop rivets of the center upright track, but can't figure out how to get it all out.
Thanks

Hello All. I found an answer on another forum. Here it is in case any of ya'll ever need it:
Remove the front door trim panel (23942); for additional information, refer to Section 501-05.
Remove the front door belt line inside weatherstrip.
Remove the rear glass channel bolt, and lift the channel.
Lower the window glass to gain access to the two glass bracket retaining rivets.
CAUTION: Do not attempt to pry out the rivets, as damage to the front door window glass can result. Prior to removing the rivet center pins, it is recommended that a suitable block support be placed between the front door outer panel and the glass bracket to stabilize the glass during rivet removal.
Remove the center pins from the rivets, using a drift. Using a 1/4-inch diameter drill, drill out the remainder of the rivets.
Lift up and rotate the front door window glass clockwise, and remove.
Installation
Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
Use the Heavy Duty Riveter to install the rivets (W525172-S).
After that you can replace the regulator
Remove the front door window glass. For additional information, refer to Window Glass — Front Door in this section.
Remove the window regulator electric drive (23394) (if so equipped). For additional information, refer to Motor — Window Regulator Electric Drive in this section.
NOTE: Use care not to enlarge the sheet metal holes in the door inner panel.
