Default F250 to E250 4X4 conversion

I live in Latin America and have a recently semi-totaled 1998 Ford F-250
Extended cab, Light Duty pickup, 5.4 liter V8, (larger brakes, beefier
differential than the 150) and is an automatic with auto 4X4. This truck has the F150 body and
in '99 would become sold as the F150 7700. Everything runs like a top except
the front end grill and bumper and chassis is bashed in from a plunge into a ravine. All the engine
compartment bits and pieces and the front steering and suspension and drive train are still
intact however. So my question is this. I am wondering if the front suspension, drive train, transfer case,
(motor?) could kind of slide right in to a certain year E150/250/350 van for a 4X4 conversion.

I don't have a van down here or anyone who would have the slightest idea about this,
so I come to you all for the lowdown.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
