Default "Heater" tube bad. Cracked, leaking.

Hi, all! I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving.
1999 E-150 5.4
Had a major leak Thanksgiving evening, and found this. This appears to have been "fixed" previously by someone with J-B Weld, or something. I scraped that stuff off, and here's what I'm left with.
Can anyone tell me what this part/tube is called so that I can order one? And how to go about replacing it? It looks like it may be a press-fit, but I'm not sure.
Any information, or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I can't tell just where that tube is connected to from your photos. Is it at the water pump, head , intake manifold or somewhere else.?
