Motorhome won't accept fuel
We have a 1994 Four Winds built on a E-350 chassis with a 7.5L. We have had a plethora of fuel issues. We replaced the fuel filter, a new fuel pump, pulled, cleaned and sealed the gas tank, installed a new fuel tank filler neck. Now we are working on getting the tank to accept fuel. (This problem preceded all the above repairs, so not caused by installation of any of the above). it will only accept a small amount of gas, then shuts off the nozzle and "burps" the fuel back out. It takes 20 min to add 2 gal of gas. We have checked the vent lines from the purge valve to the canister and from the canister to the connection at the fuel vapor valve. There does not seem to be a blockage to this point. If we remove the fuel vapor valves, it will accept gas. The problem is the valves are discontinued, and I cannot locate them. Does anyone know 1. a interchangeable part number 2. if there is a way to by-pass the valves without letting fuel spill out of the vent holes. Oh, forgot to mention, it is a 65 gal tank and there are 2 valves. Help! Our vacation had to be cancelled because of this.

I always ask this question, when you fuel do you stop fueling when the pump shuts off or do you continue to add fuel until it will not take anymore?
If you continue to add to top off , chances are the canister is plugged and will need to be replaced. When you add fuel the vapors are supposed to go into the charcoal canister and pressure is allowed to exit through the vent valve. Please advise.
