Default Need Help!!!1995 Ford Econoline Brakes and turn signals

the other day i disconnected my battery to install new radio when i hooked back up and went to start, found that i needed a jump. after i got jumped and turned on van i noticed that my blinkers and brake lights along with the hazard lights are no longer working. Why? please help

Could your battery be on it's way out?
Second-------could you have tapped into the wrong wires when installing the radio and now have an open circuit to the stop and hazard lights?
If you removed any of the fuses in the process, did you reinstall them in the correct slots?
It might be a good idea to check all the fuses .
Did you have to cut into any wires to get everything with the radio to work?
Check the plug at the bottom of the dashboard at the steering column to see if it is completely connected.
Both of those two circuits go through the signal lite switch assembly.
