Pressure washing inside cargo van
Hi all, i'm new to the forum and also have a new to me 2014 E-250 window cargo van. It is bare inside and quite dirty. I was wondering if it is safe to pressure wash the cargo area and doors in cargo area. It has had a lot of dirt hauled in it and it really stinks too. Any thoughts are appreciated as this is all new to me. My plan is to use it for a simple camper van, keeping everything very simple.

there is no material or cloth except for door cable material. i was thinking of using fans and doing it on a hot sunny day. I really want to make sure any drain holes are opened. does ford put drain holes on all panels or only on doors?

Just plain water from a hose can create problems where water is not supposed to go. Pressure washing makes sure you will create problems not only mold, and rust, but electrical problems too.
It's more work, but a spray bottle and cloths could assure you would have a better camp experience.
Check with some places that do detailing work, they have "stuff" that gets rid of all sorts of odors , is not harmful to you or the vehicle.
Had a work van that allowed spilled milk to dry , ha,ha, and 5 gallons of fabreze washing and staying overnight didn't help at all.
