Default RE: pulling codes

Well after searching my a$$ off I decided to find out myself. By the battery is the ecu connectorthere is 2 of them, one is red and the ohter is grey, the red one has atleast 3wires going to it but the grey one only has 1 wire and thats the wire you need. Take a jumper wire from your battery ground and jump it to the grey connector, turn the key on engine off (koeo) then wait for the light to blink.

Thanks, Shagwagon. I'm looking into buying a Ford of that vintage and now I know where to check it out. It's good that you passed on the information when we didn't know ourselves.
