rear ac low air flow
. low air flow from rear ac duck system control damper working correctly replaced blower motor an squriel gage , replaced resister ,contacts condenser looks clean . does not seem to be able to trasfer enough air across condenser removed fan motor straiht to good battery has great air flow . removed hard plastic duck air comming throuht opening . have nine 3-350 vans ,removed duck from other checked the same way much better air flow . removed all the parts listed above from good van installed on this prlbem did not change at all. could condenser be restricting airflow please help

In reply to your question, sure it (I believe it's called evaporator) could be restricting air flow ,but I noticed no mention of the fresh air door. Does the air flow change when on MAX ,which is recirculating interior air ? Wondering if you have an air blockage other than through the evaporator.

We forgot a very important check. The wiring and contacts for the blower motor at the switch itself could have become overheated and when cooled down now have poor connections. Have seen this problem in other ford trucks. Remove the blower motor switch and check the connections which I believe are in plug form. If the black plastic has melted you found the source of your problem. Let me know what you find. Thanks,,,,hanky
