I heard a ticking from the valve covers and removed them to see what was going on. Valve lash doesn't seem to be adjustable so removed one rocker arm that seemed to have even more play than the rest. Also where the sound was coming from. The top of the valve looks crushed. Anyone seen this before, could that be the valve or is it maybe just the keeper that is outta shape? Im hoping its just the keeper and that i wont have to remove the head. Im also trying to get this done as soon as possible so any practical advice is appreciated. Also any guesses why this would occur? All the other valves look normal. Im pretty new to this stuff, thanks in advance for your help.
