Default what kind of radiator fluid can i use--2006

Hello. I have a 2006 E-150 Cargo Van with 21,000 miles.

The manual says to use Premium Gold radiator fluid. When I took it (2008--14,000 miles) to have the radiator flushed [Walker Ford in Clearwater] they refilled it with green fluid, and when I questioned them, they said that the green was acceptable.

Now I want to drain and fill myself since $150 seems like a lot of money to charge for flushing out a radiator. What should I use? Premium Gold?, Premium Green??? or can I use the Super Tech brand at Walmart that says "Can be used for ALL makes and models"?????

Naturally, I don't want to do any harm to the van's cooling system etc.

Thanks.

You are usually better off using what the manufacturer's manual recommends.
