06 Escape hybrid 2.3L doesn't run

06 Escape hybrid 2.3L doesn't run
So I have replaced a good engine for this 06 escape hybrid. It runs for 10 sec then shut off. It shows throttle body fault code. I replaced the throttle body back and forth and it didn't help. Anyone has any suggestion? Thank you!
