Default Escape Brakes

Please help me I am at my wits end!!

I have a 2002 Escape 99,000 miles V-6 4x4

Lately I have been having problems with the brakes. Sometimes I can break without any problems. Other times I go to brake and it is almost like the ABS is not working. I get a wobbling scrapping sound. I have to pump the brakes a few times and eventually it will "catch" and I can stop.I have had new tie rods, new rotors and new brake padsput on the vehicle as well as to a Ford dealer to fix the ABS recall from last year. I am still getting this problem. I would say it happens about 50% of the time. Also since I had the brake pads replaced I now get a squeaking when I brake and a squeak from the front driver's side when I make a turn or go over a bump. What else could be wrong with the brakes?

if u got to pump the brakes there might be some sort of air lock in your system, a leak or even not enough fluid in it. hope it gives u a little more idea of what the problem could be.

Well it was the tone rings on the front axels. Of course the rings can't be replaced without replacing the whole axel. That was done last week and things have been just fine!!
