If you've lost your owners manual I found on the ford.com page you can join Ford Pass and download copies of your owner's manual. In it I found the instructions for discovering the keypad code on my 2017 Fusion. The car was a rental return and the owner's manual wasn't in it which had the 'magic card' with the key code on it. I think I remember seeing something in the manual about deactivating the autolock system also. They have many manuals that are current to you vehicle and downloadable. Hope this helps.
Code discovery procedure follows:
Displaying the Factory-Set Code
Note: You need to have two programmed keys for this procedure.
This is a copy and paste from Ford manual.
Note: The code may not display until after any other warning messages first display.

- Remove the key blade from the transmitter.
- Remove the rubber covering (A) from the cup holder. With the buttons facing upward and the unlock button facing the front of your vehicle, place the first intelligent access key into the backup slot (B).
- Press the push button ignition switch once and wait a few seconds.
- Press the push button ignition switch again and remove the key.
- Insert the second programmed key into the backup slot, and then press the push button ignition switch.
