'91 Escort lx wipers dont work

hi, i have a 1991 ford escort lx and for some reason the wipers dont work. i have checked all the fuses, replaced the motor, and also have replaced the switch on the steering colomn. i cant seem to find what the problem is, if anyone has had this problem please let me kn ow how to fix it.

Hello and good day:

You said your Replace the Multi-Switch on the Steering Column? and still nothing. Have you checked the Relays out by the Engine compartment
