How do I set the vct exhaust cam? PLEASE HELP!!!

The zetec in the escort has VCT only for emissions purposes on the exhaust cam. The Zetec in the svt has VCT for power i think on the intake cam. The Zetec in the base focus has nothing, and doesn't need it either muahhahaha
