Ford Escape 2004 Won't start after being idle for 1 year

2004 Escape, low mileage never used for a year or a little more. A couple of times in the past it was started and it was ok. Then no one attempted to start it for long untill in some occasion the alarm went off once and then later on the battery went dead. Charging the battery and trying to jump start it did not work. Now I see the remote control doesn't show any effect or sign for locking/unlocking the doors (like dead) and while the engine turns it seems that it can't get gas and start the engine. When I used a bit of those garburator sprays and spay it in the airfilterway it seemed it started turning but for as long as that spay lasted. I heard and people aretelling me it is the gas pump disabled as been connected to the alarm system and others say my gas turnedto gell and clugged the fuel line or I have water in the fuel tank. All these are speculations. I put some dry gas and some injector and line cleaner in the gas tank and added on top of it some fresh gas hoping to disolve any gel and toabsorb the water. Some also say maybe the ignition key is not in synch with the computer, like itgot de-programmed for some reason an dthe computer does not recognize it any more. Charged teh battery and trying jusp start still ca,'t start it. I checked a fule like cut off switch that is supposed to cutoff teh line in case of an accident but I found it is not off so nothing to reset. The car is like new -- around 25k miles
Any help from you out there?[/align]
