Help, all 4 of my power windows have stopped working. 2 rear are in 1/2 position. No leds on window rocker switches, and no power in any of the 4 windows at all.

I checked the following..

Fuse Relay R02, switched with a good one.. No effect.

Fuse #22, shorted

401 Power Window 30a Circuit Breaker. Ohmed it out. Shows Short when removed. Is this ok?

Is there another fuse panel in hood area I am missing? I have only investigated teh one on passenger side..

 

Same problem with my 2004 f350...Did you find out what was wrong?

 

I had something similar on my '03 Expedition except that the radio wouldn't work either. The dealer first replaced the fuse box which worked temporarily. Ended up they had to replace the instrument cluster to the tune of $300.Initially the problem would occur until the vehicle warmed up then would work fine. Eventuallythey stopped working altogether. If that is the case make sure you take both of your keys so that they can reprogram the new cluster. They jacked me for $20 because they didn't tell me to bring in both keys.
