99 EB Front Suspension Noise
I have a 99 Eddie Bauer with 85K miles that has recently started making a squeaking noise on the front right area. This seems to occur when bumps are hit and sometimes just when I turn the wheel back and forth. The problem is louder at different times. I can push the front right bumper down and get the sound to repeat, but cannot locate the source. The shocks seem fine (no leaks, plenty of resistance when I push the bumper down).
Any ideas? I plan on taking it in for a oil change (works) service, but am curious if the noise is something I should address immediately.
Thanks!

Check the tie rod ends, and the ball joints. These would be the most common parts for the noise you describe. On the tie rods, put a wrench on the adjustment nut and roll it back and forth, if it is that tie rod you should hear the same noise.
