OK I have a 99 expy. Awhile back the blower started making a lot of noise and would only blow at one speed. Then it just stopped blowing altogether. No noise no air.There is heat does come out when I'm driving so there is heat but i have to drive like 70 to feel it and use the vents. The blower motor was tested and it works but the wires that provide power showed no power at all. Can it be the fan controller? I have the automatic system with the EATC.
