Default Air Ride to Coil Spring Conversion

Looking at doing the air ride to coil spring conversion in the rear of a 1998 Expedition XLT 4WD. I have read about the aftermarket kits, but also read about using Ford springs & isolators. Can I just use the regular variable rate coil springs from the 2WD Expeditions without air ride, and just put them in with new isolators?

Ok, so I figured it out. You use F7525560DA for the rear springs... and F7525536AA for the rear insulators/isolators. What I dont know, is what to use to cap off the air lines to the rear, so that the system still operates the fronts properly. What is everyone else doing?
