Default Canister Purge Solenoid

Hi, I'm wondering if someone here can tell me where to find the Canister Purge Solenoid on my 1999 Expidition 5.4L 4WD?

I need to replace the part but don't know where it's located.

Thanks for any info.

Chris

Thanks for the info. I replaced the part on the firewall but it didn't help my problem.

The problem I'm having is that about 10-20 seconds after stopping at a stop light my truck starts idling very rough and sometimes dies. It seems like it resets itself when I take off until the next time I stop and then again 10-20 seconds later it bogs down again.

The codes pointed to the EVAP canister purge. That's what I replaced but it didn't help.

I'm wondering if I replace the canister vent solenoidif it would help.

The codes tell what system is at fault, not to start throwing parts at it.
Check the entire system for a leak.
