Default Ford Certified Pre-Owned question

we just purchased a 2010 Expedition EB -front passenger seat has had a rip in it, and the dealer just sewed it together......should this be covered under they're warranty to replace the panel on the seat instead of sewing it?

You're getting no responses in over a month!?! Makes me wonder about the value of this site I just joined.

Did you pay a deductible under your warranty? If so, you should get more than a sew job.

Have you studied the terms of your warranty?

What response did you get from the dealer when you objected to the quick and dirty repair? You did ask about it, didn't you?

i look at CPO programs as little more than a way of selling you an overpriced extended warranty without saying so. Kind of like those "administrative" fees most dealers add to the deal you thought you just made. Nothing but additional profit. Just my bias.
