Ford Expedition A/C Problem

Ford Expedition A/C Problem
I have a 2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer. The A/C suddenly started blowing warm air. I checked all the controls and stopped and retarted the system numerous times with the same result. It's blowing warm air out the rear a/c as well. Fuse numbers 11 & 13 checked out OK. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks

RE: Ford Expedition A/C Problem
hey man, i have an '04 expy as well and i just took it on a road trip and found to have the same problem! it would blow cold air for about 45 min to an hour and then the air flow would decrease drastically and then start blowing warm air. I check the usual suspects and they checked out OK as well. things i did notice where the black box under the glove box by passengers feet was dripping water and it was very cold too. other things to check are the cabin air filter and make sure the ac condensation drain is not clogged. the drain sticks out between the tranny and the catalic converter on the passenger side. never noticed it before because i rarely drive more then 30 min and rarely use the a/c.
joe i hope this helps!
