Just purchased an 05 Expedition...simple questions
1. What is a cheapest way to get replacement keys? Walmart wants $60 for a replacement key and their general Ford key (1.77) only serves as a door key.
2. How much does it cost to get key fobs reprogrammed and is buying them on eBay ok?
3. The power mirror switch does not work. I do not believe it's the relay because I can feel it click when the key is turned to run. What's the easiest way to get to the switch and test for power?
4. When running the rear air, there is a "clicking" noise coming from the rear, any ideas?

I just bought an '04 with the clicking noise. It was the deflector flap that directs the air to either the ceiling vents or the floor vents.
Mine was located behind the molding under the right rear window. The used car dealer paid for it so I don't know the cost of the part and there are two parts to choose from so I had to make two trips. The mechanic that did the work had it complete in about 30 minutes so it can't be too hard.
I programed a FOB for my in-laws chevy from following some instruction on the web. Only took about 10 minutes and that was mostly trying to make sure I did it right as opposed to how difficult it was.
