hi my name is brian right now i have a 97 dakota.. this guy i wook with offerd to sell me is 99 EXP. it need a new belt and a pully. it has a little rust on the driver side door and has 138000 miles. it has the 4.6L v8. i am considering buying it for a few reasons.i am 6'5" and my little regular cap dakota is to small and its a 4cyl.. i have a few questions.... oh ya he wants $5,500 for it

i know it has a lot of miles but is this ok for this truck?

he said it is all wheel drive and four wheel drive when it starts to slide. does this mean it can be locked into 4 wheel drive?

is this a good price (5500) for the miles?

considering the miles, the belt and pully issue, it needs a new flasher for the turn signals, and have a little rust on one of the doors, What sould i offer him?
