My 2000 Explorer has the factory single CD-Tape-Radio. For the last year it rarely will accept the cd into the player and play. it pulls the CD all the way into the player, spins the disc then ejects it and says "disc error". I've tried brand new store bought cds or personally burned-doesnt make a difference-however once in a great while, when the vehicle is cold, it will intake a cd and play and keep working till I manually eject it then it repeats the above. Some people recommend disconnecting battery-someone must have explanation what is wrong besides suggestion to replace radio. Thank you
