Default 01 Sport Trac, Power Read Window Problems

To forum,

upon installing a new stereo head unit, all of a sudden the rear power window doesn't work at all.

This is a 01 Sport Trac, bought used, and previously the window worked but when you were powering it up someone had to be out side to push slight inward on the window else it would bind and automatically go back down. Other that that the window worked ok.

But now it doesn't work at all.

I checked the 30amp fuse under the hood in slot 3, my ohm meter says its fine. There are no apparent loose wires from doing the stero install that I can see.

Any suggestions? We are working on the truck today doing a subwoofer and amp install.....I will periodically check this post today.... thanks for any help!
