How does it run once it does finally start? Also did it take this long to start before you did the injectors and head replacment? from what Im hearing so far id almost have to assume you have the valves themselves misadjusted. Although as i recall when i did mine it wasnt like adjusting a old small block chevy where you have to play the guess work and re-adjust alot,if i remember right it was just a matter of tighten the three bolts holding the rocker arm bar on to a certian torque spec then i think they said to turn them a additional 45 degrees or somthing like that. anyhow i was thinking maybe if they were tightend incorrectly you may have bad valve timing issues going on there. if you have any other info im sure it can be figured out on here...

another thought if your car was hard to start before you did the injectors and heads and it is still the same now after the work had been done maybe you should be checking timing chain as well .Could be timing chain tensioner isnt working properly anymore and the chain is getting sloppy.
