Check all fuses first, then relays then the master switch. Your owners manual has that information in it.

I thought of that but owners manual does not have correct fuse layout in book. so i unfortunately do not know which fuse or relay goes to the windows.

Here is one way to check all the fuses without even removing them.
Invest in a test lite. Connect the wire with the alligator clamp to a good ground.
Then place the point of the test lite on each side of the fuse. The fuse has a metal portion on each leg on the face of the fuse.
If good , the lite should lite on both sides of the fuse.
With a circuit breaker , just pull the breaker out a little bit and touch the point of the test lite to each leg of the breaker without removing it completely.
Some of the fuses will not have voltage available to them unless the key is turned on.
Its a great time saver and one of the easiest ways to check fuses.
Also remember that you have two places with fuses.
One is under the hood in the engine compartment and the other is inside the vehicle.
If you don't find any problem after that let us know.
