Default '99 Ford Explorer Sport-Manual Vibration

So I had my car parked for about 4 days while out of town and i noticed this week there's a vibation and noise coming from the truck. Usually when i reach about 80mph the truck would vibrate but now besides that also when i'm slowing down it vibrates and makes a noise like when you have flat. I checked the tire pressure and put in more air...i had the tires balanced and rotated like 3 months ago. I don't know what else it could be..its like a front end noise

any suggestions?

Sounds like you may have a bubble in the tire.[hr]This will make it sound like that.[hr]You may want to rotate the tire's to see if the noise goes from the front to the rear.

You will have to get another tire.If the tire is under warranty take it back to the place you purchased it.
