Default Air Bag code 5- 2 (52)

Hi guys, I am a new comer to this site and a big Ford fan. I need help with my 1995 Explorer. Recently my Explorer was submerged in lake water. I have since restored the vehicle by flushing out all the fluids and also replaced the computer and got the car running again. When I put the driver seat back in the vehicle and connected the two electrical plugs (Power seats) the seat automatically moved all the way forward and stopped and will not move backwards. Also, my air bag light blinks 5 - (52). I looked up the code 52 and it tells me the air bag backup battery is damaged, which I understand why. My questions are: Where is this backup battery located at? The seat moving forward on its own when the electrical plugs were reconnected, is this a safety feature so the vehicle can not be operated? Also, is there a way that I can move the seat back manually?

Thanks,
Emil
