is it the child proof door locks?? there's a switch in the door jamb.

 

I initially thought it was the child locks but both are unlocked. It feels like the handle is just moving and not catching anything.

 

Would it be possible that I get a copy of that e-mail as well?

 

Ok, I am having this problem, no one can seem to open my rear doors from the inside! I have just replaced the handles and am still having the problem. The handles move fine, child safety locks are not on , but it is just not opening. Somebody help me PLEASE!!!

 

take the inside panels off and check the rod that,s hooked to the door latch !
