I need to replace the hinge pins on this 925 explorer and cant remember how to do it. I have the new pins and bushings, sitting on my work bench. Do you need to take the hinge off or can you just pop out the old one and replace with the new one..

 

just went out and bought a new hinge for 15 for upper and 25 for lower instead of trying to cut the old pins and replacing with new. Less work
