Default front end noise

I have a 1994 sport 2wd. Every time I go over a bump in the road or a few bumps at a time it will make a clunking noise in the front. But sometimes when I go over the same bumps I apply the break just a little tiny bit and the noise will not happen or be not as bad... I checked the shocks and the knuckle and arms and found everything to be tight. Not sure if it's a rotor bearing problem making the caliper make that noise every time the truck hits a bump... but it's getting worse and happing even on little bumps in the road.

Check the front sway bar ends. These bolts can break off and your sway bar will bang when going over a bump. They are cheap and easy to replace.
