Default stall

I've got an 02 ranger 4.0 sohc that has a stalling problem with no codes. I have replaced the IAC and the TPS cleaned the MAF an the throttle body and searched for vacuum leaks, Ford said the computer needed to be updated so I had them do it, no luck still stalls. when ice cold the truck will start and run fine, after it worms up it starts to stall also stalls wile driving shudders, jumping gears. This is driving me crazy so any help would be great.

Default 02 Rnager stall

If the engine is cold and you start it up and just sit there in park till the engine warms up all accessories off such as AC, heater, lights... does it stall in park when warm? If not does it stall with all accessories off in drive or any other gear, not moving not touching throttle just putting it in gear?

When you cleaned the throttle body, did you remove it and clean the back and front of the butterfly valve and housing? It does not take much build up to cause this problem.
