Default stopped running

My 95 Explorer just stopped running while traveling at 75 on the Hwy. It will not restart. checked the fuel pump relay and the intertia swithch too. need help. about to change the fuel filter out too.

Check the codes, may have a sensor out causing problem i.e. the crankpostion sensor, or something. If it just cut off without a surging feel I don't think its a gas problem. Also just in case its not OHC engine, but if so check the time belt. good luck

Check to see if you got spark by putting and old spark plug in the wire and turning it over and see if there is spark besure the spark plug is grounded at the base of the plug
