So to the forum sorry to just jump into a topic. So I have a f150 5.4 3v in the past week I have changed plugs and coils, cleaned maf sensor and changed both vct sensors. My question is when I'm driving and come to a complete stop or even a rolling stop the engine periodically stalls. The only thing I can think doing now is 02 sensors. What do you guys think?

 

There could be loads of reasons for the engine to stall. Instead of replacing parts and hoping to hit the problem you might consider having someone with the proper tools to connect the recorder and then look for what happens to cause the stall. Certain things happen in sequence and then the cause can be pretty much determined. That way there is no guessing and the correct steps can be taken ,once.

 

I put it on a scanner and the only codes that came up were bank 1 to lean and bank 2 to lean... suggested parts at auto zone was everything I have already did

 

If nothing else, a good scanner should provide "Freeze Frame", and the conditions at the time the codes were set can be reviewed for faulty performance. Then you might get some idea which system was having a problem . The information will show just about all the info like speed, load, RPM, fuel trim, air intake info etc. It's kinda like the doctor looking at your blood work for a problem.
