Default 04 f150, dying after transmission rebuild

I just got my truck back after a complete transmission rebuild.
I was a fraction of a mile away from 75,000 when I got transmission faulty.
A planatary gear broke and damaged pretty much everything else in my transmission (or so I was told).

I just got my truck back, I went out for a day of garage saleing,
In about an hours time my truck dyed on me 4 times while attempting to take off at low speed.

It seemed to happen when I would attempt to take off from a curb at low speed.

Anyone seen this problem, I would assume it was something that was done during the transmission rebuild since I never had this problem before that.

Did your transmission ever feel like it was popping when in gear on hill or putting in gear? Mine does this and was wondering if tranny was almost done.

Default poping

Every since I have had my truck the first gear will pop a little, especially when you let off the gas and then give it more gas. It will shift pretty hard. I thought maybe with the rebuild it would be gone but is still there. When I told the mechanic this he said the first gear should be stiff.

I am by far no expert or mechanic but I hope this does not help shorten the life of the transmission.

I had a planatary gear break off, I would think with it shifting hard it would put more strain on gears and things but what do I know.
