06 f150 transmission problems
Hey all I have a problem can’t solve. But I replaced flex plate after ever thing back together trans mission stuck in high gear while in drive. Can shift manually from low to high works fine. I have replaced filter fluid and new shift selenoid any ideas I check everything I could think made sure all wire connections are good. The transmission fault is showin and over drive light is flashing

That code refers to one of the shift solenoids not functioning, (sol B).
Don't know which you replaced, might have to go over your work.
Could be a broken wire, a poor connection, or even defective solenoid..
You will need a wiring diagram to determine the pin location on the trans to confirm good connections and to measure if solenoid is open . This can be done without opening up the trans, but you will need that diagram.. Of course if the problem was not present before the solenoid replacement , the solenoid if not verified before installation , could be the problem. Can we ask where you purchased the solenoid ?

From past experiences,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and lots of them !
I found it was better for me to stick with OEM parts whenever available. I had to go through a little trouble sometimes and pay a little more,,,,,,,,,,,but the majority of the time I did the job once and did it right. If you are not that experienced with doing automotive repair work you may not have had that many ,,,,well,,,,,experiences.
Many parts are fine from discount stores, but many are not. We get what we pay for !
Maybe someone on the forum can provide a pin out diagram so you can verify the condition and wiring of the solenoid without taking everything apart again.
Do you know which solenoid you replaced?

When checking solenoids , something to keep in mind.
We can check and verify the solenoid winding is not open, and the signal can be getting there and we can hear the solenoid work, but we do not know if it is actually operating internally unless we look for and check for that. Electrical is half the check, the other half is the physical check to insure it is actually opening or closing as required.
That is what makes diagnosing somewhat challenging.

Most of the time it is a mechanical issue with the solenoid. Any metallic debris suspended in the fluid can get attracted to the solenoid's core like a magnet. Once that happens they don't function as they should. So resistance checks are really only good for detecting an open coil.
