1991 f150 brake issues

The brakes were no good when I bought it. Ive been trying to fix them for the past 3 weeks. Began by replacing front lines had issue after issue so it led to buying all these parts. Couldn't get the old bleeders loose so bought calipers and wheel cylinders. All break lines were rusted to hell.. Couldnt build pressure so replaced booster and master. Yes two ppl have been working on it to bleed it. We check calipers but not very thoroughly, but that's a valid point we will check them more closely..

If you blocked off the mc and the pedal is hard the mc is not the problem!
Try this Block off the rear brakes before the eh valve the pedal will be hard.
Next block off the brakes after the eh valve if the pedal goes down replace the valve.
One of the symptoms of a eh valve gone bad the pedal will seem good before the engine starts. After the engine starts the pedal will creep down almost like a bad mc. I will bet the eh valve is bad.
