Default 1995 f-150 HELP!!!!!!!

hey everyone, i have a 1995 f-150, 4x4, with the 5.0/302. i bought it from a guy and the day we looked at it it was running rough. it was also raining that day, so he said it was just a bad ignition coil.. so my dad ended up buying the truck i have it now and have put around 5-600 miles on it in the last month... just recently it has been ideling very rough, and drying occasionaly if i dont keep it going. and even more recently the day after a snow storm when everything started to thaw out the truck started hesitating after it had been driven allday with no problems... you get into the gas and the engine just bogs down and the transmition shifts down. if you put the pedal all the way to the floor you will hear a pop sounding like its comming from the engine compartment and then the power will snap back and the truck takes off.. so far i have replaced the fuel filter, cap and rotor, plugs, plug wires, coil, throttle positioning sensor, coolant temperature sensor,IAC valve. and the electrical pigtail connecter for the coil. so far no luck with any of that. i gave in and took it to a shop and payed the guy $250 to change the egr valve and i pulled out of the place and it was hesitating again.. i took it back and had him scan it again and he told me to replace my battery becasue it was 2% ( but somehoe started the truck right up. and started it right up today and its -15) so i didnt buy that.. im starting to run out of ideas and money is any one could help me out here.. right now im thinking something fuel pressure related, MAP sensor, timming, or maybey a ground wire somewhere. if any one has anything to say help would greatly be appreceated

First try to put Sea Foam or Iso Heat in the tank to rule out moisure in the tank.

ive done both of those so far. im leaning twrods a bad/slow Mass air flow sensor. when i took it to the garage and he scaned it he said there was an egr valve code, and a maf sensor code but when he did the egr valve, the maf code went away. i dont think its anything egr related saying that it passed emssions and it was hessitating all the way there. would it be a idea to unplug the maf sensor and drive like that to see if the truck stops having problems to know for sure if its that?

took it to the garage today and had it scanned... no codes came up but the computer said that the thermostat could possibly be stuck open.. causing hesitaion, poor idle, and bad fuel economy.. so he said to flush and replace the thermostat

pyrozach911, I too was struggling with the same symptom's with this. I spent a lot of unnecessary money. I finally done a EGR Delete and a Smog pump delete kit and got rid of all the unnecessary garb on this engine. I spent less than a $100.00 and the truck runs great but I too am asking for help to get rid of a engine light. Pryor to doing this I replaced the EGR,MAF,IAC,IAC,ECU,O2 Sensor and it still would bog down trying drive down the road, driving me nuts. I am not sure what your state laws are but if you can get away with it, do it and your truck will run better. Don't forget about your pick up coil in your distributor it can cause problems as well.
