2 hours would be nice. I'm 2 hours into this thing and dont even have the dash out yet! It seem like a hundred screws so far. LOL
The Haynes manual I have dont show how to remove the dashboard. If anyone has any ideas please pass them along.

i didnt have to remove my dash on my truck....i was able to do it all by taking the glovebox out are you sure you have to take the whole dash off??

It sure looks like it will have to be removed. Its like the truck is built around the heater core...

Heater core changed!!! I think it could be done in half the time it took me, due to knowing what and what not to remove. The $42.00 for the heater core and a gallon on antifreeze (due change) was alot better than the 6.9 hour quote from an auto repair shop.

Don't close the window from all the sides..keep little vaccant on either side of the window...there will be no problem
