Welcome to the site..
Did you check the inertia fuel cutoff switch? Its located in the right side kick panel (to the side of the foot area) If its popped up, reset it by pushing it in..

WHAT IS A SUPER MODERATOR? AND WHERE IS IT?......I ALSO CHECKED THE FUEL RESET BUTTON IT IS STILL PRESSED IN. ALSO TRACED THE WIRING BACK TO UNDER HOOD WHERE THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT SETS OF WIRES COMING OUT BUT THERE IS NONE WITH ONLY 3 WIRES LIKE WHAT IS COMING OUT FROM FUEL TANK.

Just one of the Moderators here..
Do you have a 12v test light or a volt/ohm meter to check for current? If you have a test light ect, probe the DG/Y wire connection going into the inertia switch and see if there's voltage present. It will 'only' be active for a few seconds after the key is cycled to ON/RUN each time.. If none there,, use a test wire/lead and add a 12v temp connection either to the DG/Y (in from relay) or the PK/BK wire (out to pump) and see if the truck starts.. If there's 12v in/out of the inertia, then the next step would be to check at the tank.

I checked those wires.... Every time i turn ignition on it blows #24- 30amp fuse under hood.. im getting so dissheartened, i dont know what else to do! And i definatly cant afford a mechanic to fix it, do you have any other ideas of what it could be?
