2006 F-150, misfire when cold

2006 F-150, misfire when cold
When I initially start my truck and during Hard acceleration, my truck seems to misfire and then gets full power....My dealer changed the catalytic converter and said it might be the plugs??? any advice?? When my truck warms up, it runs fine.
