Default 92 f-150 302 flareside

I have an f-150 flareside with a 302 and im new to fixing up old trucks. i was just wondering if the mass air conversion would be wise to get? and if there is anything else that would help the performance. any help and or information would be great thanks.

Theusual headers, exhaust, and K&N air cleaner filter would be a good place to start.

What kind of things are you looking to do?

Cams are usually around $200-$300 depending on what you get.
