To confirm we know the whole story.

The problem of not wanting to move in either forward or reverse was the reason the trans and torque converter was replaced, Is this correct ?
Who decided the trans needed to be replaced and who did the work?

As raski stated earlier , need more info, just maybe we might be able to determine exactly what is or is not happening. The more info you can provide , the better, thank you.

Correct .
The transmission had been slipping for some time and was ran without fluids.
The owner , a friend of mine , decided to swap out the transmission.
The transmission that was purchased came with a torque converter so I installed it as well.

No sounds at all from the transmission.
Could it possibly be an issue with the computer not communication correctly?

I don't recall a computer issue back in 94
Not to say you don'y have one
My way of thinking no noise no gears equal no pressure to the front pump
I'd still call the rebuilder
If you got a numbers matching Trans it should work
Have you rechecked your work ?

I have some resevrations about the rebuilder not insisting that the cooler be flushed if you expected any kind of warranty.
