Default 99 f-150 brakes will not bleed!

Just wondering if anybody has ever had a problem bleeding the brakes in their F-150. I had to replace my front hard brake lines that come out of the ABS box and go to the calipers. I started bleeding the brakes as I always have for years and I couldn't get a hard pedal. First I assumed it was the master cylinder and replaced it. That wasn't the problem. I capped of the master cylinder and got a hard pedal. I called the ford garage and they said "no big deal, just bring it in and we'll bleed it internaly through the ABS pump". Two hours later they're scratching their heads. They kept my truck for close to a month and fixed nothing. Everything checks out fine, just don't know what to do. Brake pedal still goes to floor board. Acts like air is still in ABS HCU. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
