I noticed on my dads truck, when he had it down at the shop to get the oil changed etc, they also changed the rotors and did some braking work. When we got it back, it would make a squeaking noise when ever you would be turning it around in the driveway, and when you hit the brake you could here make a very loud squeak. Now when we drive it and were coasting down a hill and let of the gas there’s a loud “clunk clunk clunk” sound with the truck, and it’s really annoying because it makes so much noise. Is the brakes to tight, and there instantly causing g a sound when you let off the gas.

 

if it only started after the brake work bring it back and get them to recheck it

 

Yea, take it back, have them clean them up, maybe add some stop squeak.
The clunk, clunk noise, you may want to check out the U-joints on drive shaft.
