Default Clicking noise when started cold

I have a 1997 F150 extended cab w/ 5 spd. manual transmission and 115k miles. I have recently heard a "clicking" noise that I originally thought was an exhaust leak. Well I started it one day and put in neutral to let it idle and left the clutch out and the noise quit.....put pressure on the clutch pedal and the noise comes back. Fluid level is good. I have noticed also that the noise quits once the truck gets warm. Any ideas? I appreciate any help I can get.

Sound like the throw out bearing is going bad. Sound like you got a way to go before it quits altogether. [sm=boohoo.gif]
