Default F150 cruise control

I have a 2013 F150 and drive long distances at 20mph. I would like the cruise control to come on at 19 to 20 mph instead of 25mph. I called my local Ford dealer and was told it cant be done. Help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

You could always have someone that can figure a way to install a hand throttle attempt it.
Then there a few other concerns,
Do you want an extra **** installed on your dash?
Right now if you depress the brake pedal cruise is cancelled , now installing / altering the designed safety features opens a whole new can of worms. Grant you , you're only going 20 MPH, but if you have to stop for an emergency will you remember to push the throttle back to idle position otherwise you will be fighting the engine in gear trying to stop. There may be other ways to accomplish what you want, but it could get a little involved and I would not be willing to take responsibility for altering the vehicle "as built".

that engine won't last very long if it never goes over 20 mph. the first thing to go will be the rings

I am talking about 15 to 20 miles and using cruise control would make the ride better.

Just out of curiosity , is this your personal vehicle or does it belong to the company?
If it's the company's, maybe their mechanic can rig up a temporary solution for use when not on public roads.

Is reprograming the ECM possible? Program 20 instead of 25, is it that hard to do?

Like I said on the other post you had: there is not a reflash for this, nor a programmable parameter. THis is just the way the truck is built. Ford just never made adjustable speed control to engage at that speed.
Hanky's idea about a workaround is about as good as it's going to get.

Some of the older stuff had the linkage that could be adjusted but, on today's autos I ain't so sure if you could still set it to come on at a much lower speed. And if the land owner sets the speed limits or not
